Novel Three of The Perfect-S Novel-Series
A young Greek–who is 18 and therefore just undergoing training as a Greek soldier–is being instructed in wrestling by his older lover. They go swimming, The younger is abducted by Roman soldiers, and they kill the his lover. The young man is not told where he is he is being taken, but he reckons it is to a very important man in Rome because the vessel on which he is being carried is a very important one. Indeed, he has been abducted for Emperor Tiberius’ sexual retreat on Capri, which is recounted by Roman historians. Author Sean McFirnn imagines that this novel is the work of a retired professor of Greek and Latin who knows Suetonius and the other historians quite well. Tiberius had been before his rise to Imperial-power a brilliant Sadist, who was a general in the German Wars and now wants his youth to be trained in Roman arms to make him have the musculature like that of his soldiers of his legions. The young Greek takes another Greek as a lover, and they have gangbangs with soldiers. One, a German, falls for Ganymede. But it may be it is the fisherman among the Emperors free-servants who is after-all the youth’s real love. And running through this fantasy of wild human sensuality and the frenetic conclusion is the dramatic scenery of Capri.
