These three short stories where the author at some degree connects some of the characters focus on various problems in our society, especially the issue of sexuality. It goes from a young girl dealing with her desire of transitioning into the opposite sex and his relationship with his son; to a young man, who after being thrown out of his family’s home after being caught having sex with another man, goes on a search for his great grandfather, who years earlier had been also cast away from the family; into the third story, a family try hard to keep their identity from being exposed to those they have been hiding from, by keeping a book with too many details of their past from being published.
